The names Meadhbh and weight loss is the game! Ive been over weight most of my life and I am big and bold enough to do something about it.
Im not on any diet nor am I starving myself. Im simply but effectively changing my lifestyle.
I am eating healthier food and portions and Im doing a lot more exercise and getting far more active.
Im going from a depressed, over-weight couch potato to a happy, healthy active young lady.
